The Green Free Library is open Monday-Thursday from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM and Friday & Saturday from 10:00 AM-5:00 PM. Visitors please note that all parking is "on the street", except for one handicapped access parking spot behind the library that is shared with the Gmeiner. You must have the appropriate permits displayed to park in this spot.

The BOOK STORE will be open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.



The Book Club will discuss The Yellow Birds by Kevin Powers. The discussion will take place in the main room of library at 6:30 PM. Anyone adult who has read the book is invited to attend.

WEDNESDAY JANUARY 22, 2014

Story Time will be held today in the Children's' Room at the library. The theme for this week is HATS AND MITTENS. The program begins at 10:15 AM and lasts about 45 minutes. It is free and open to all children from birth-5 years old. At least one parent or caregiver per family must be present.

Please remember the library closes promptly at 5:00 PM on Friday & Saturday. The Internet computers are programmed to automatically shut down at 4:50 to allow staff to complete closing procedures by 5:00.
