THIS WEEK AT THE LIBRARY

The Green Free Library is open Monday-Thursday from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM and Friday & Saturday from 10:00 AM-5:00 PM. Visitors please note that all parking is "on the street", except for one handicapped access parking spot behind the library that is shared with the Gmeiner. You must have the appropriate permits displayed to park in this spot.

Notice: SOME MORE TAX FORMS HAVE ARRIVED. There are also some forms and instructions available on the IRS.gov web site. According to updates it may be several weeks before all forms and instructions are available at the library.


TUESDAY FEBRUARY 12, 2013

The BOOK STORE will be open all day, along with the Fabulous February Sale in the main room of the library. Prices are amazing and there are many titles to choose from. Books will be re-stocked at the end of every session, so make it a habit to stop in regularly.

WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 13, 2013

Ongoing Fabulous February Book Sale in the main room & bookstore of the library.

Story Time will be held in the childrens' room at the library beginning at 10:15 AM. The session lasts about 45 minutes and includes stories, songs and fun activities. Story Time is free and open to all children from birth to age 5 along with at least one adult caregiver. This week the theme will be VALENTINE'S DAY!, with special guests from the Animal Sanctuary.

The adult Knitting Group will meet at 3:30 PM in The Gmeiner (the art center behind the library). Knitters of any level are encouraged to attend. Help will be available for those new to the craft.

The fabulous February Sale is open from 10:00 AM-5:00 PM. Items are added each day.

Please remember the library closes promptly at 5:00 PM on Friday & Saturday. The Internet computers are programmed to automatically shut down at 4:50 to allow staff to complete closing procedures by 5:00.

SATURDAY FEBRUARY 16, 2012

The library will be open from 10:00 AM-5:00 PM. Visitors are welcome, and Wireless is available, along with Guest Passes for public Internet access with a valid photo ID. The Internet computers are programmed to automatically shut down at 4:50 to allow staff to complete closing procedures by 5:00.

The Book Store will be open all day today along with the Fabulous February Sale! The last two hours of the sale are CASH & CARRY-for $20 you may fill up to 4 boxes (bring your own) with any regular sale items. As marked items are excluded.
