Patrons and visitors to The Green Free Library have probably noticed a lot of activity around the building during the last few weeks. Old buildings need a lot of TLC. Painters have been touching up the outside of the building and painting the porches (in between rain storms). Window washers have also been applying a little elbow grease (in between rain showers-???). And, last but not least the local gas company has been moving the gas meter from the spooky, scary basement to the outside of the building. Hopefully the lawn will grow back soon!
