The Green Free Library accepts cash donations to purchase memorial books to honor both the deceased and the living. If a certain book is not in the collection, the library will also accept good copies of books as well, or the librarian will choose an appropriate title and order it. A book plate is printed and placed in the front of memorial material listing the name of the person the book has been donated for, as well as the name(s) of the donator(s). Acknowledgement and thank you letters may also be sent if the information is provided.
