The director and staff of The Green Free Library would like to wish everyone a Happy Halloween. It looks like it will be a boo-tiful night for trick-or-treating in the Wellsboro area despite all the cancellations.The library will be open its normal hours of 10:00 AM-5:00 PM today. Stop in for a treat, whether its a piece of candy, a scary book, or a classic halloween movie. I'm sure the staff can scare something up to get your blood pumping!
