THIS WEEK AT THE LIBRARY

Things are slow at The Green Free Library. There are still plenty of books to read, so come on in and enjoy the quiet! LOL, Actually it hasn't been quiet since I started working there.



WEDNESDAY

Story Hour begins at 10:15 AM. Two programs are available. Infants and children up to three years of age meet in the Childrens Room. Children between three and five years old gather in the Main Room.


Knitting Club for adults of any level, including beginners, begins at 3:00 PM. This is a time change!!
THURSDAY

Knitting Club for kids ages ten to 16, again all levels are welcome. Beginner needles and yarn are available if you just want to learn.

NEW DVDS AT THE GREEN FREE

The Green Free Library has added the following DVDs to its collection.



Iron Man 2

Paramount Pictures and Marvel Entertainment present a Marvel Studios production. This film was produced by Kevin Feige and directed by Jon Favreau. The screenplay was written by Justin Theroux. It was released in theaters on May 7, 2010, and on DVD on September 28, 2010.

Running time is 124 minutes and the MPAA rating is PG-13 sequences of intense sci-fi action and violence, and some language. Parents click here for additional information.

Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time

Walt Disney Pictures and Jerry Bruckheimer Films present; a film by Mike Newell. This movie was produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and directed by Mike Newell. The screen story was written by Jordan Mechner and based on a video game series he created entitled Prince of Persia. The screenplay was written by Boaz Yakin, Doug Miro and Carlo Bernard. The film was released in theaters on May 28, 2010, and on DVD on September 14, 2010.
